Human Design is a personal operating system that is unique to each of us. It’s a blueprint that helps understand yourself and lead yourself and/or your team in a way that aligns with your natural strengths, your preferred communication style, decision-making and much more.
Human Design is also a performance enhancing framework when used with sales teams to help them sell better, communicate effectively with customers, decide on business opportunities and close deals.
While traditional personality tests like DISC or Myers-Briggs have provided us with an understanding of how we act and our team interaction based on self-perception (how we see ourselves in that moment when we are answering the questions), Human Design differs in the sense that it is based on how we are built, blending modern science, quantum physics and genetics. It isn’t who we think we are; it is who we actually are.
