About Kathryn Robinson

Sales Leadership

My three-element framework of structure, strategy and self isn’t just theory for me; it is something I’ve put into practice first-hand in one of Northern Irelands Top 50 manufacturing businesses.  It has driven multimillion-pound specification and sales growth, while cultivating a high performing, thriving team culture.   


Through my sales leadership career I have driven impact in areas including:


Business Development

Creation of a high-revenue lead generation function feeding external teams with qualified business leads.


Business to Business Sales Organisational Alignment 

Development of a sales structure built to scale, placing the right resources in the right growth areas for maximum impact, alongside B2B support  from other operational departments.


Sales Processes and Systems

Creation of sales processes focused on simplicity, collaboration and measurable outcomes.


Sales Team Coaching

Conducted high impact sales team coaching, including the creation of a 'sales playbook' to ensure a high performing sales team delivering first class service and consistent results.


Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Renumeration 

Sourcing best candidates for live roles and engaging with top talent for upcoming opportunities.  Setting out effective induction and onboarding plans, alongside team development to achieve high performance and staff retention.  Developing effective renumeration systems aligned to the goals.


Culture

Leading a sales division which embodies the company values and drives forward with a growth mindset.  A culture embedded in high self-accountability to performance KPIs, behaviours and results.  


Business Leadership

As a Senior Leadership Team member in a manufacturing business, my insights and perspectives helped shape and execute the overall direction of the business.  My drive to continually improve and grow market share resulted in the creation of a strategic sales growth plan to take the business to never before experienced success.


In this leadership position, I embraced first-hand the challenges faced in setting ambitious goals, both in sales and across all operational departments.  I have a deep understanding of how manufacturing businesses operate.

Coaching Style

My coaching style is an effective balance of sensitivity and forthright honesty.  I am not afraid to call things as they are, always with clients growth in mind.  


I love getting into the detail and turning ideas into action.


I’m fully invested in clients success. What drives me is seeing sales leaders break through and deliver results.  I will challenge, support, and energise clients with a can-do mindset.   Your success is my success, and that’s what drives and fuels me every day. 

Personal Development

I am devoted to self-development as I strive to be the best version of me.   As Aristotle said “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom” and I truly believe that.  


My personal development journey began when I followed my intuition and joined a mentorship study programme by the world-renowned Bob Proctor: ‘Thinking into Results’ and from there I have immersed myself in self development coaching programmes, books, courses and events. 


Kathryn Robinson Sales Success Coach is an evolution of my own self development, and an opportunity to empower others with the same principles, knowledge and understanding of themselves and their potential that has guided me on my journey.

Behind the Scenes

 When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me walking, exercising, or with my head in a book (anything from personal development to a good crime thriller).


I’m happiest spending time with my husband and two children, whether we’re out walking our sausage dog, Hugo, or relaxing in the garden.  I also love to travel and explore new places with family and friends.  There's a long wish list of new countries to visit!
